Refund Policy

CutGrid uses Paddle as our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (outside the US) or Paddle.com Inc. (US customers). Your purchase contract is with Paddle, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
1. Refunds
Refunds are available and handled by Paddle on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with Paddle to process your refund request. We want every customer to have a positive experience with CutGrid.
2. Consumer Right to Cancel (EU/UK)
If you are a Consumer resident in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@cutgrid.com before the 14-day period expires. We will reimburse all payments received using the same payment method, without any fees.
3. Subscriptions
CutGrid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to CutGrid until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests for subscription charges are evaluated by Paddle on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your order number or transaction ID.
- The email address used to purchase.
- The reason for your refund request.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. You will not incur any fees. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Sales Tax Refunds
If you were charged sales tax (VAT, GST, etc.) and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the tax amount. Contact us within 60 days of purchase with your valid sales tax registration number.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a Consumer in relation to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
